Theophilus London burst onto the scene with last year’s hit album Timez Are Weird and now he’s touching down upon the City of Angels and bringing his funky vibes and slick lyrics with him this Sunday, Jan. 22 at the El Rey. Rooted in hip-hop, Theophilus London’s tunes provide a new wave feel, laced with heavy electro and indie rock influences. Opening up for the mighty Brooklyn-raised rapper is k.flay, the hip-hop songstress with some serious attitude.
Tickets to the show are $19, doors at 8 p.m. and this show is all ages. Thanks to our friends at Goldenvoice we have some tickets to give away!
