This past year we were fortunate to catch Death From Above 1979 at both SXSW and Sasquatch! Well, we sort of caught them at SXSW before a huge riot broke out. Check it out here. Regardless, it’s been awesome to have the Canadian noise rock duo back in action. Aside from headlining this weekend’s FYF Fest, DFA 1979 will also headline a show at the Music Box on Sunday, Sept. 4. Tickets will go on sale this Wednesday, Aug. 31 at noon via Ticketmaster. The show is all ages with doors at 7 p.m. and show time at 8 p.m. kicking off with an opening set from Funeral Party.
