Los Angeles music, film and environmental aficionados, this is the hot Oscar event for you! Global Green USA is putting on quite the pre-Oscar party with an awesome musical line-up: Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Portugal. The Man, Best Coast, DJ Jeremy Sole (KCRW) and a special DJ set by Solange Knowles, with more performances to be announced. The 8th Annual Global Green Pre-Oscar Party will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at the Avalon Hollywood. For those of you that get starstruck, past celebrity attendees have included Leonardo DiCaprio, Penelope Cruz, James Cameron and Salma Hayek, along with Jessica Alba, Kate Bosworth, Orlando Bloom, Adrian Grenier, Marissa Tomei and dozens more. Tickets for the event are available to the general public and start at $55. But lucky for you, our friends at Global Green have hooked us up with a couple pairs of tickets to give away to their very cool event. Wanna go?
Here’s How You Win The Contest:
You must have a Twitter or Facebook to enter the contest and be 21 years of age or older. First make sure you’re following Grimy Goods on Twitter here and/or “like” our Facebook page here. We’ll pick winners at random on Thursday night, Feb. 17. The winners will be direct messaged on Twitter or contacted below their contest entry comment on the Grimy Goods Facebook page. Winners will have until Noon, Friday, Feb. 18 claim their win or the tickets will be forfeited. To increase your chances, enter the contest both ways!
