Stream it while you can! Looks like Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys has leaked his highly anticipated solo debut on his myspace page. Listen to the entire goods of his new album “Keep It Hid” at this very moment.
Fourteen stellar tracks and the shit is impressive! I wouldn’t expect anything less from him. However, is it better than The Black Keys? I guess it depends what you’re looking for. I for one prefer The Black Keys. As much as I adore Dan’s amazing voice and the many dark, slow, fuzzy blues and ballads “Keep It Hid” exudes, I still need the variety the The Black Keys pump out: punk rock, country, blues, just plain out rock n’ roll.
So go do your ears a favor and instill some good music into your soul. “Keep it Hid” will be available to add to your CD collection February 10th via Nonesuch Records.
